Uganda is situated in the north eastern part of Africa, famous for its gorilla safaris. It borders Kenya, the DRC, Rwanda and Sudan. The main safari attractions are gorilla tracking, birding, trekking, white water rafting, mountaineering, fishing, boating & canoeing as well as sight seeing. Some of the most visited national parks are Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, Queen Elizabeth NP, Kibale NP, Murchison Falls NP, Rwenzoris NP and Semliki NP.

Luxury Lodge Gorilla Safari - 5 days
A five day safari ex Entebbe, visiting the Mountain Gorillas in Uganda (Bwindi). Top quality lodges / tented camps are used throughout, and transport is by customised vehicle with trained English speaking Driver / guide . All meals on safari are provided.

Uganda Bird Watching Safari - 12 days
This trip is designed for general birders who are keen to see a possible 400 plus species including some of the Albertine rift endemics. Guests must be keen, fairly fit, and prepared for some early starts and long days in the vehicle, and be prepared for walking in steep areas of fairly high altitude. The Bwindi (Impenetrable) Forest NP is home to half of the world's Mountain Gorilla population, said to be around 350 individuals. You will have an opportunity to trek for these rare primates as well as forest walks for birding. Bwindi Impenetrable Forest has a bird list of over 380 species including most of the Albertine Rift endemics.

CAMPING SAFARIS - UGANDA
We also offer a range of camping safaris in Uganda
including gorilla trekking. A mobile camping safari, with driver/guide, cook and assistant, and trailer for equipment. A separate supply vehicle will transport the crew and equipment. The crew will put up and dismantle camp while you are on activities with your guide, and the cook will provide great camp food – under the stars. Large walk in tents, stretcher beds and bedding , mess tent, showers and toilet tent. Pristine campsites are used as well as a selection of lodges and permanent tented camps.

HIKING & CLIMBING - RUWENZORIS
We offer an 11 day circular hike and 12 day (including summit) climb to 'The Mountains of the Moon' in Ruwenzoris. The 12 day ciruclar hike and climb is a fully portered hike to the summit, Margherita. We supply all camping equipment; we have a high guide to climber ratio, utilising ropes, harnesses and ice equipment for a summit attempt. Our cooks prepare quality food.

CHIMPANZEE FOREST WALKS - Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary

Chimpanzees are an endangered species found only in the forests of Africa. Experience a rare and incredible opportunity to visit chimpanzees in a near-wild setting while helping to conserve their precious habitat and contribute to the conservation of their species.

Choose between a short 1 hour walk, a day visit or a two day stay that includes bird-watching, fishing, kayaking, sunbathing, and of course watching the chimp feeding sessions (two daily from the platform, as well as the feeding of the chimps in the enclosure), with the option of going on a guided CHIMPANZEE FOREST WALK with some of the young chimps into the forest area.
