Itinerary
DAY
1: VICTORIA FALLS
You will be met at Victoria Falls airport and transferred to
the Victoria Falls Hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure
to pursue the various optional excursions available at Victoria
Falls. Meet your safari guide at 17:00 in the foyer of the Victoria
Falls hotel for a comprehensive safari briefing and welcome
cocktail before we enjoy the African Spectacular Tribal Dancing
and a welcome dinner. We spend the night at the gracious Victoria
Falls Hotel.
DAYS
2 & 3: SERONDELA, CHOBE NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast we visit the spectacular falls before proceeding
overland by land cruiser to Serondela in the north of Chobe
National Park where we will be welcomed by the safari camp staff.
This area provides us with superb game viewing drives, whilst
birding too is excellent. We also have the opportunity to enjoy
a riverboat cruise on the Chobe River. We spend two nights at
our Hemingway's mobile camp in the Serondela area with
a full complement of staff to cater for you.
DAYS
4 & 5: SAVUTE, CHOBE NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast we proceed to Savute Elephant Camp. Savute
is world-renowned for its large concentrations of game and a
strong and stable population of predators. Accommodation is
in 12 luxurious twin bedded tents with private timber decks.
Savute is known for its exciting year-round game viewing and
excellent birding. A treasury of San (Bushman) rock paintings
preserved at various sites a short distance from the camp are
a special attraction.
DAYS
6 & 7: MOREMI GAME RESERVE
Today we head south-east to the north gate (Khwai) region of
the Moremi Game Reserve, reputed to be Africa's most beautiful
reserve. Here, our Hemingway's mobile camp will have
been pre-erected by the camp staff. We enjoy two days of game
viewing in this area and spend the nights at our fully serviced
camp.
DAY
8 & 9: OKAVANGO DELTA
