The Wild Coast, formerly known as the Transkei, falls within the Eastern Cape province, and is situated between East London and Port Edward on the East coast of South Africa. This area is rugged, remote and a fairly unpopulated stretch of coastline, also known as the hidden treasure of South Africa. There are only a few roads leading to the coast, and only a few lodges have been established on this rugged and beautifull coast. Below is our selection of lodges on the Wild Coast.
