LOCATION
• Central Okavango Delta
• Situated on the junction of the permanent
swamp an annually inundated area, south of the Xo
flats.
• It is a 250 km2 concession in a wildlife management
area.

Camp closed: December to March
Shoulder season: April to June and November
High season: July to October

ACCOMMODATION
Number of tents: 6 tents consisting of:-
• 1 double bedded "honeymoon" tent
with a bathtub on an outside romantic deck.
• 4 twin bedded tents
• 1 Family unit which can sleep up to 5 guests
but more comfortable up to max 4
• 1 twin guides tent

• 3 x 6 seater 4x4 Land Rover vehicles for game
drives

ACCOMMODATION
Pom
Pom is located in the heart of the Okavango in a private
concession to the west of the Moremi Game Reserve. Pom
Pom offers great Okavango scenery with boating, game
drives, night drives, walks and mokoro safaris as the
main activities on offer. This is a 12-bedded safari
camp built and designed with great and roomy tents that
are situated on the ground. The bathrooms are ensuite
and have flush toilets and hot and cold running water.
The camp overlooks a scenic lagoon and is built under
a grove of shady trees. The dining room is under canvas
and there is an outdoor area for open air meals.
TENT
DETAILS:
• All tents have en-suite shower and toilet which
are enclosed but roofless
• Large spacious tents with private views.
• Tents are "on the ground" ie. original
safari style - no raised decks.
• Soaps, shampoos, insect repellents are supplied
in each tent.

GAME VIEWING
Game viewing in the area is well balanced for the different
activities. Lion, Leopard and Cheetah are found in the
area and plains game numbers vary with the flood. Buffalo
and Giraffe are seen frequently and the birding is good
- Pels Fishing Owl, Wattled Crane, Greater Swamp Warblers.
