Edo's Camp is reachable by air (to a private airstrip) and by road.

BY COMMERCIAL FLIGHTS:
Air Botswana has daily flights between Johannesburg and Maun.
SAA and Air Namibia has daily flights between Johannesburg and Windhoek.
Air Namibia has regular flights direct from Europe to Windhoek.

BY PRIVATE FLIGHT:
Our airfield is 20 minutes away from the lodge.

ROAD TRANSFERS:
Road transfers are available from Windhoek in Namibia and Maun in Botswana on request. Please state your transfer requirements at the time of booking.

ROAD DIRECTIONS TO EDO'S CAMP:
FROM MAUN TO EDO'S:
Drive from Maun, Toteng, Sehitwa to the Kuke veterinary fence. About 90 km after the Kuke fence is a small settlement called D’Kar. About 5 km from D’kar is a small thatched (grass) roof on the right side of the road with a sign on top saying: EDOSCAMP. Turn right here to go underneath the roof. Keep to the right on the gravel road when it splits. About 500m further is the Paolo Zanichelli Children’s Home. Wait here at the Home where we will meet and escort you from the Home through our gates to Edo’s Camp.

FROM WINDHOEK TO EDO'S:
From Windhoek to Edo’s is approximately 480 km, 200 km from Windhoek you will pass Gobabis. The border is at Mamuno, from here drive the main road to Maun through Ghanzi. 30 km after Ghanzi There is a small thatched roof on the left of the road with a sign on top saying: EDOSCAMP. Turn left here to go underneath the roof. Keep to the right on the gravel road when it splits. About 500m further is the Paolo Zanichelli Children’s Home. Wait here at the Home where we will meet and escort you from the Home through our gates to Edo’s Camp.

PLEASE NOTE: If possible when self driving please call us from Maun or Ghanzi (when driving from Namibia), then we can be sure to meet you on time at the Children’s Home.
