On pick up of your Land Rover 4x4 please allow 90 min to check your vehicle and allow us to show you how the equipment works. Detailed equipment info sheets and short instructional videos are available on request to assist you with your preparation of your adventure.
We offer one night’s accommodation for this full tour group for rentals of 45 days or more. This allows you the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the equipment and driving conditions in southern Africa. This is also a good opportunity to meet each other properly and get better acquainted. Accommodation is offered at Mapungubwe Hotel Apartments.
On collection of the vehicle you will need to have the following documents ready, if not completed before the rental commences :
- Copies of all drivers licenses of persons driving and international driving licenses.
- Copies of passports of all persons traveling in your group.
- Signed rental contract
- Balance of payment
On return of your Land Rover / Toyota 4x4 we do a quick check if all the equipment is present. 4x4 is returned with a full tank of diesel. Fill up to the first click at the closest filling station where you drop off the 4x4.
