National Luna prides itself with being a manufacturer of high-quality products aimed at the 4x4, camping and caravaning markets. National Luna has a strong background in portable, low-power refrigeration and fluorescent lighting, originally used in remote areas where power is at a premium.
In addition to these two product lines, National Luna has developed a range of battery management systems and monitors for use in 4x4 vehicles, caravans, trailers, boats, solar and other battery applications.
National Luna has also recently opened a Marine division, aimed at the supply of refrigeration and hot-water systems for use in marine environments.

Our expeditions take us to some of Africa's remote (and hot) places with little or no chance to get fresh meat and cold drinks. Our routes also require that we travel with different set ups - at times we'll be traveling with the 4x4 and the Metalian trailer; other trips will be done with just the vehicle. National Luna has provided us with two fridge/freezer units fitted in the vehicle and trailer. This allows us to, when needed during a trip, leave the trailer at camp when exploring more remote parts of a destination with vehicle only, and still provide cold space in both the camp as well as the vehicle. In +40 degrees C temperatures it plays an important part in the overall success of the expeditions. We also at times travel with the vehicle only, so it's good to have it as an independent unit.
National Luna knows the importance and the pleasures of a cold drink around a fire after a long day in Africa!

| We fitted a 90 ltr Twin Fridge/Freezer in the vehicles' drawer system and a 95 ltr double door fridge/freezer in the trailers' front compartment on a slider. These two units work exceptionally well in harsh conditions and the split areas in both these fridges ensure that the freezer section keeps food frozen at all times. |

THE 90-litre TWIN:
Conveniently combines a 50-litre fridge compartment with a separate 40-litre freezer compartment, both under a single lid.
Fitted with dual thermostats, each compartment can have a specific and different temperature. |

THE 95-litre DOUBLE-DOOR:
This fridge is a relatively compact, fully-featured fridge-freezer combination. With twin lids and dual thermostats, each individual bin can be set to specific temperatures ensuring foods are deep-frozen and perishables or drinks are chilled to perfection. |
