Our camping safaris allow guests to explore some of Botswana's most unique wilderness areas such as Moremi Game Reserve, the Okavango Delta , Makgadikgadi Pans, Central Kalahari Game Reserve, Nxaii Pans and day tours to Victoria Falls. We offer budget camping, semi luxury camping and luxury mobile camping.

Bush Baby Calls is a citizen owned mobile safari company based in Maun, the gateway to Okavango Delta.We have years of experience in the tourism industry offer a mobile safari experience to some of Botswana's most sought-after destinations: mobile safari expeditions, mokoro (dugout canoe) excursions and boat cruises. Our mobile safaris offer different styles of travel to cater for any requirements our clients demand. Our team is highly trained and believe in team work.
Bush Baby Calls has also been established with the core mandate of eliminating the quandary of unemployment in Botswana. Just as our name says “Bush Baby Calls” we are here at your service to meet all the needs you may require with all that is related to the wilderness.

A mobile safari is a tented safari camping that transfers guests in four wheel drive vehicles from camp to camp. The camps are pre-erected and, unless otherwise specified. At Bush Baby Calls our camps are set up by a full staff compliment that head out prior to the safari group and set up the standard of camp on offer before the guides and patrons arrive. The tents are serviced daily whilst you are out enjoying your morning game drives.
We use private campsites in some of the most prime and pristine areas. We use modern converted 4x4 Land Cruiser game viewers which allow for excellent game viewing with enough room for photographic enthusiasts. |

A mokoro is a traditional dug-out canoe commonly used in the Okavango Delta as a popular mode of transport and now utilized for game viewing safaris. The mokoro has become the iconic symbol of the Delta and is a popular way for visitors to explore the Okavango while on safari. It carries two passengers while the boat man stands at the stern using a long pole called a “ngashi” to pole or push the mokoro forward.
At Bush Baby Calls we have two mokoro trips - a fully catered mokoro trip that includes breakfast, a drink, water and lunch; and we also offer budget mokoro trips where clients bring their own food for the day. |

The Okavango Delta is best explored by boat to experience the flora and fauna of this beautiful destination. The Okavango delta is also home to vast number of bird species and the area attracts vast numbers of wildlife during the drier months between March and November where the animals concentrate around the permanent water sources.
On our boat safaris we explore the Moremi Game Reserve on the way and overnight in en-suite Meru tents. It's all inclusive safari led by a professional guide, and assited by a cook/ camp hand. A supply boat is sent ahead to set up camp, ready to welcome you on arrival. |
