Lagoon Camp
Each purpose deigned tent comprises a large bedroom area, entrance area, en suite bathroom with his and hers basins, flush toilet and spacious outside shower. All tents overlook the water of the lagoon. The wilderness surrounding Lagoon Camp is different to the others parts of the Kwando River that meanders through the flood plains making wide sweeps and leaving behind seasonal flood plains and oxbow lakes. A purpose-designed jet boat used at the lodge is able to operate year round on the lake. The riverine bush provides shelter and cover to large herds of elephant, buffalo and plains game when they come to drink. Trained guides and trackers locate game from the faint signs of their presence left on the bush tracks and follow these almost invisible signs to locate the game you wish to see.
